Optimal Exterior also known as OPEX launched in 2020 right at the start of the Covid pandemic. Weirdly enough it had a positive effect on a negative situation. Trace Frankum had spend 7 years in business operation for a a large financial institution and shortly after taken on a new role was released with a large number of associates due to Covid. During the transition, an old client reached out to Trace for assistance with her window cleaning request. Trace accepted the request and through that transaction more clients came to OPEX and now we are an established community based in Cypress, TX servicing Cypress and all surrounding communities.
